Specific to Leaders, Consultants & Facilitators, Coaches, Mentors, and Speaker-Influencers and Educators (Neuro): Our unique Africa Global Future-Focused® neuroscience-based model helps to facilitate the focus of coaching and mentoring, not just to be on what the “client needs, wants, and expects”. The difference is we go beyond this to cause intentional, insightful co-discovery and co-collaboration on what lies “beyond”. To respectfully guide the clients’ thinking and experiential wisdom to embrace unfolding possibilities of new insights, perspectives, and depth. The unpacking of clients’ internal agendas and expectations is skilfully and expertly orchestrated toward delivering results beyond their expectations.
The objective is to grow into the identity of a MasterArchitect Executive Leader, a MasterArchitect Consultant & Facilitator, a MasterArchitect Coach, a MasterArchitect Mentor, a MasterArchitect speaker-Influencer or a MasterArchitect Educator (Neuro).
