Why We Publish Our Standards

AGPB believes that trust is strengthened when standards, governance and professional expectations are visible and accessible. By making our policies and frameworks available, we invite accountability, transparency and shared understanding across our professional community.

Our Commitment to Transparency

We make our standards, ethics, governance frameworks and developmental pathways visible because trust is built through transparency, accountability and shared understanding.

Closing Covenant

We commit to advancing cause before compliance, craft before status, contribution before recognition and human flourishing before self-interest.

Together we cultivate collective brilliance through ethical stewardship, psychological safety and lifelong becoming.

We are two minds with one agenda.

The agenda belongs to the member.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is AGPB?

AGPB (Africa Global Professional Body) is a neuroscience-driven professional body for transformational leaders, executives, coaches, mentors, facilitators, and consultants. We exist to help professionals grow through experiential wisdom, neuroplasticity, leadership development, and psychologically safe collaboration. AGPB is not simply a membership organisation — it is a “knitwork, not a network”, focused on collective brilliance, belonging, and transformational impact.

An AGPB Tribe is for individual AGPB members. It reflects the professional identity of the person. There are seven tribes: Executive Leader, Consultant and Facilitators, Christian Ministry Leaders, Speaker-Influencer, Coach, Mentor, and Educator.

A Hub is for organisations, companies, institutions, and sectors AGPB partners with or serves. There are five hubs: Enterprises, Organisations, Academia, Public Sector, and Training Providers.

Simply put:

Tribes = individuals.
Hubs = organisations and sectors

AGPB differs because our philosophy is built on neuroscience, neuroplasticity, psychological safety, and applied experiential learning rather than purely compliance-based accreditation systems.

While many organisations focus primarily on hours, assessments, or competency checklists, AGPB focuses on:

  • Human transformation and personal evolution
  • Experiential wisdom implemented in real-world business contexts
  • Psychological and interpersonal impact
  • Collective brilliance instead of ego-driven leadership
  • Neuroscience-based leadership and coaching methodologies
  • Continuous measurable transformation through Rapid Researchâ„¢

We believe professionals are not numbers or revenue streams, but evolving individuals whose stories, growth, and influence matter deeply. AGPB integrates leadership science, advanced neuroplasticity principles, and practical impact measurement into every aspect of development.

AGPB provides far more than membership — it provides transformation and a Knitwork™.

As a member, you gain access to:

  • Neuroscience-driven leadership development
  • MentorMeâ„¢ guided mentorship pathways
  • Meaningful professional belonging
  • Psychological safety and collaborative growth
  • International professional positioning
  • Advanced neuroplasticity learning
  • Rapid Researchâ„¢ ROI measurement
  • Professional visibility through the AGPB directory
  • Opportunities to speak, publish, collaborate, and lead globally
  • A professional body focused on your personal and professional evolution

AGPB exists to help you unfold your brilliance, maximise your potential, and create measurable impact in the lives of others.

Our membership levels apply to all tribes:

  1. Associate Member: An entry-level member who joins the AGPB knitworkâ„¢ (community) gains access to foundational resources, conversations, and networking opportunities.
  2. Catalyst Member: A catalyst member is an emerging leader committed to intentional growth and transformation. Catalysts engage in mentorship, structured learning, and neuroscience-based development through MentorMeâ„¢. They intentionally co-create change within themselves and their professional environments.
  3. NeuroMaster Member: A NeuroMaster is a seasoned professional with significant expertise, leadership experience, and approximately 5,000+ hours of applied practice. Members at this level integrate advanced neuroscience and neuroplasticity tools into leadership, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, or consulting.
  4. NeuroArchitect Member: A NeuroArchitect represents the highest level of mastery, influence, and strategic leadership. These professionals have demonstrated over 10,000 hours of applied mastery, measurable impact, thought leadership in their field, and industry contribution. NeuroArchitects help shape industries, create new methodologies, mentor others, and influence global transformation initiatives.

We use a Transformational Development Credits (TDCsâ„¢) framework.

AGPB does not use the traditional CPD model based on attendance hours or passive point accumulation.

Instead, AGPB uses Transformational Development Credits (TDCs™) — a neuroscience-informed professional development framework designed to measure real-world transformation, leadership impact, applied wisdom, and human-centered growth.

TDCs are earned through demonstrated transformation, applied wisdom, and measurable professional impact across AGPB’s six professional tribes — Executive Leaders, Coaches, Mentors, Facilitators, Consultants, and Speaker-Influencers — as well as wider organisational and leadership ecosystems.

Assessment may include:

  • MentorMeâ„¢ progression
  • Rapid Researchâ„¢ feedback
  • Applied leadership evidence
  • Neuroplasticity-based development
  • Organisational impact
  • Reflective practice
  • Strategic contribution
  • Executive influence
  • Research, frameworks, or innovation created by members

Rather than rewarding passive attendance, AGPB recognises transformational implementation, contextual wisdom, and measurable human impact.

Our philosophy is built on the belief that genuine professional growth is not merely accumulated through time spent learning — but through intentional transformation lived, applied, measured, and embodied.

Rapid Research is AGPB’s transformational measurement and feedback system.

It helps evaluate:

  • Leadership effectiveness
  • Coaching and mentoring impact
  • Team transformation
  • Organizational influence
  • Return on investment (ROI)
  • Behavioral and mindset shifts

Rapid Researchâ„¢ provides measurable feedback from teams, clients, and professional environments to help members understand the real-world impact of their leadership and development journey. It forms part of the MentorMeâ„¢ ecosystem and supports progression through AGPB membership levels.

Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to reorganise, adapt, and create new neural pathways throughout life.

In practical terms, neuroplasticity means the following:

  • Leaders can develop new mindsets
  • Teams can improve collaboration patterns
  • Behaviors can be intentionally transformed
  • Emotional intelligence can be strengthened
  • Human potential can continuously evolve

AGPB integrates neuroscience and neuroplasticity into leadership, coaching, mentoring, consulting, and facilitation to help professionals create sustainable transformation and measurable impact.

MentorMe™ is AGPB’s guided mentorship, leadership, and transformation ecosystem.

It combines:

  • Mentorship journeys
  • Neuroscience-based leadership development
  • Peer pod groups
  • Experiential learning
  • Professional mastery pathways
  • Rapid Researchâ„¢ measurement tools
  • AI-assisted growth and reflection

MentorMeâ„¢ intentionally develops focused mastery by helping members apply learning directly within their professional environments. It is designed to support transformation, leadership effectiveness, and measurable impact over time.

Future Focused™ is AGPB’s philosophy of intentional evolution and forward-thinking leadership.

It represents:

    • Anticipating future leadership needs
    • Developing adaptive mindsets
    • Integrating neuroscience into leadership practices
    • Preparing professionals for rapidly changing global environments
    • Building sustainable influence through innovation and human-centered leadership

Future Focused™ leaders do not simply react to change — they intentionally shape the future through wisdom, collaboration, and transformational thinking.
